These headphones were great for a while but over the last few months they've gotten worse and worse with crackling and popping and cutting out. It's a known problem with no workable fix. It has been great so far. The battery doesn't last quite as long as the 16 hours even with the RGB off and a little tweaking was required to get my mic to a hearable volume. Otherwise a very nice headset with nice big ear pads and adjustable head band. Also love the fact the mic turns off when pulled up. It has been great so far. I bought these in 2020 and just got around to writing a review now, but the battery life is still great and the foam around the headset is still intact. Still extremely happy with them. I've used this headset for 4 years.
It's still going strong and I am not going to deny that the sound quality is not bad at all.

There are two issues, however.
One is iCUE is a buggy thing. I got a Corsair mouse and... while two works great, clicking a cycle button on your mouse will change your headphone setting, like muting your mic for unknown reason.
The other one is the ear sponge. It's detachable but the part where the sponge gets attached to the frame is thin leather like material over fabric.
This deteriorates over time and now I am in need of buying a new headset despite of the headset working absolutely fine. I've used this headset for 4 years.
It's still going strong and I am not going to deny that the sound quality is not bad at all.

I have owned this headset for 7 months and I have over the months that I have had it had nothing but issues. The headset constantly disconnects for no reason. The headset has really inaccurate battery readings. I have tried possibly every trouble shooting step I can find and I still have issues daily with it. Overall these are decent headphones just expected better to be honest. The wireless receiver has good range average mic and really cool design just the sound quality Is lacking bass and overall isn't that great.
