This is my first pair of noise cancelling headphones, I am not disappointed. The headphones themselves are a comfortable fit around the ears and buttons are easy to use. They're a cute colour the noise cancelling is pretty decent. Bought for some overseas travel, they reduced the ambient air noise of the aircraft to a level that enabled better rest, better listening, and less tiring overall. Cannot recommend them enough. Love these headphones. I use them mostly for work where I’m in Teams meeting a lot. The sound is excellent, they are super comfy to wear and very easy to set up. I only had these for a couple weeks and during that time they were great. Unfortunately, the left headphone stopped working and returned it hoping to just get a replacement. No such luck, they have been sent away to be repaired.
The inconvenience and faulty headphone is why I give it only 3 stars. It would seem I'll be without longer than when I had them. A few months ago I purchased a pair of JBL headphones onine for click and collect from PB Tech Onehunga, after 2-3 uses, whilst on my head the headphone clip attaching the head piece to the ear piece broke. I emailed requested an exchange or return and they sent me a form to complete or suggested i go in store, decided to go to the Henderson store where they swapped the product. I charged the new set of headphones overnight only to realise one earpiece would not work, called the store and had to return again. Fingers crossed i dont have to return again. I would recommend PBtech or JBL to assess this product for common faults.

The sounds is awesome, and the app is very handy, easy to use, I just hope the product lasts....
