Good old reliable RF comms!
HQ audio, light weight, fits over my ears. COMES WITH A MEAN USB-C CABLE
Works out of the box on Windows and Linux. Mic quality is great and better than my Bose QC 35 II ( a $500 headset)
If you are a Linux user, make sure the output is set to S/PDIF and not analogue.
(If you Signal is set to analogue, you machine turns the digital signal to analogue and then the headset encodes the analogue signal to digital, if you set it as S/PDIF the signal is digital all the was and higher Quality)
Bonus is you end up looking like a pilot, so slap some Aviators on :D
NOT Noise Cancelling Microphone
The reviews for this are all for the Wireless version. The Wired version has NO noise cancelling, and this headset should be avoided in any office environment.
Worst for conference calls
It is worst JBL I have used.
Its mic will ditch you any moment and you won’t even know. Only thing you will hear after sometime is your teammates screaming your name on calls.
Its very frustrating and embarrassing.
Initially I thought its issue with my laptop. I have used it with 4 different machines. Same issue.
Initially it was less frequent issue but later on it started happening every 15-20 mins.
Pbtech has given replacement but the replacement had the same issue. Now PBtech and JbL are saying its out of warranty even though I got this replaced one only 2 weeks back.

Great sound quality
Works well for call centre homebased job, great sound quality and you wont hear noise from your surrounding. Suits well in both of my ears and feels comfortable to use.
Beware of support - no spare parts
The dongle sticks out of your PC and is quite easy to break. No spare parts available, JBL could only offer a discount (30%) off an entire new headset.
My personal opinion - DO NOT PURCHASE.
Good for the price
To be clear, the headphones are wired and do not have noise-cancelling technology.
For that reason, I'm giving a 3-star review.
However, the headphones are great value for money, and they have a detachable microphone, so they can be worn like normal headphones.
Battery Dead after 15- Month
Only gentle used for working. Battery dead after 15 month, out of 12-month warranty period.
No happy for the quality.
Great headphones
Working from home and these work perfectly. Very comfortable.
Range seems to be about 5-6 metres as long as there are no walls.
Good value for money
The quality of sound is really good but the microphone gets in the way and your only option its to pull it out as you cant fold it up nice and tidy. Battery life is good. The mute button is in an annoying place as you always put mute on when picking them up and placing on your head. Over all happy with the product given it's a pretty reasonable price. lt would be nice if they came with a stand.
Disappointing
Wireless range is pathetic - just part of a room assuming you're facing the right way
Keeps stopping (losing sound) and restarting while running.
Starts complaining if there is no audio signal for a few minutes .
Utter waste of money. Stick with Logitech.
