Logitech Zone Vibe 100 Headset - Graphite

After owning these for about 2 months my battery seems to now be faulty. When I plug into charge the light flashes to show charging but the battery never gets above 20%. I've tried multiple charging cables with not success. Bluetooth has started dropping out too. I am hoping I just have a faulty item as these are really comfy for my work from home role and I will be buying a replacement paid when I send these back for a warranty claim. Amending my initial 5 star review. after 3 months it’s Frequently disconnecting from laptop, tried with another laptop and mobile phone as well and problems stays the same.

Despite being "teams" verified, i find they have the most problems with using teams. The battery doesn't last long and you get alot of your own background noise.

They are comfortable and have a dongle but the results are the same whether using bluetooth or the dongle directly.'

Slightly after a year, my battery also died and the headset is no longer charging. Charging port is fine, tried multiple cables and hard reset to no avail. I wear earrings (and have long ears - I blame my German heritage!) so wanted headphones that they could fit both in without being uncomfortable.
No only do they do this but my ears don't press against the speakers like they do my two sets at home.
I also love the functionality of the mic.
If it's tucked away, calls don't come through.
If it's out, you can take calls.
This headset is comfortable, the fabric and buttons are practical and the sound is also really good, bringing out deep rich tones.

Got these for gaming/sensory issues and they work great, they aren't totally noise canceling but do reduce noice really well. The over the ear cushions don't get sweaty and don't suction onto your ears either which is great. Sound quality is good for price and the battery lasts me multiple working days. Very light and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Does what it sais on the box, no noise cancelling or frills but overall great addition to the office day. I find it super fast to connect and having multi connect options means you can easily take calls from multiple devices without having to disconnect and reconnect.
