The earphones are great, stylish, and value for money except for one thing. One side of the earphones is louder than the other side. That's the red pair that we bought but the black ones are working just fine.
Why haven't we bought them back to get a replacement you ask? Its because I cant find the docket or receipt that we got when we bought them. I buy these ear buds because they’re a great fit. They don’t come out when I’m running and are comfortable enough that I can fall asleep with them in.
