These are an awesome set of headphones, particularly for the price. Easy to use, and I like the separation of the pause/play and volume buttons, making it easier and faster to make changes while listening. Definitely a fit for someone with smaller ears, and they do take a while to soften up (feeling quite a squeeze!). Love the super long battery life as well, and they come with a nice little carry case. The only thing that would get these 5 stars would be higher comfort out of the box. Really glad I got these headphones. Sound is great, they're comfortable, I've had them for a month and use them every day and I haven't had to recharge yet.
It did take a week to work out how to push the cable in and rotate it when plugging in but the sound is perfect once the cable is in correctly. Really glad I got these headphones. It is a great product for its price. The sound is really good. You get decent volume, plenty of bass and a good amount of clarity. The battery lasts for ages and the fit is comfortable. Noise cancelling is not bad either.

Only real issue with this headset is that the muffs are way too small and until they softened up chaffed my ears quite a lot. If you have smaller ears though, this is money well spent. I wish someone told me this before. I spent days researching headphones with APTX low latency thinking I would have the dream of quick response headphones. Once I connected these to my computer I quickly learned it doesn't work because computers/laptops and most phones don't have it. The only way to use this would be to buy a third party Bluetooth adaptor/dongle to plug this into your computer so both devices have it. Nowhere was this ever written specified when I researched these headphones this was the case and only found out when I researched why it wasn't working when I tried.

The noise cancelling works but isn't that strong. I have had to do a lot of fiddling around with connecting these to computers via Bluetooth but I think that's on the computer not the headphones as they connect to phone easily.
The head band is ok in comfort but is quite firm and not the most comfortable overall.
The sound quality is good but there is static if you are listening to audio through Bluetooth which is noticeable if you are listening to talking, not so much with music. The static is louder if you have the noise cancelling on as well.

You will be routinely shouted at by robotic prompts at various stages of their use. Forget about trying to use noise cancellation without playing any kind of music (when it was working). Don't think you'll be able to fall asleep with them on either at home or when travelling because the moment they hit a certain battery threshold - you will be shouted at by more robotic voices and abruptly awoken from your slumber.

The arms will chip off from the side of the ear cup after a few months with normal use (as seen on a co workers pair as well).

The battery life and sound quality are OK but the blue tooth drops out a lot (unless my other headphones) and the pairing routinely pairs to the call functions only and so you have to constantly reboot the phones in order to pair with stereo if you want to listen to music.

Without a doubt these a the single most annoying piece of kit I've ever bought. I really can't understand why the designers thought it would be a great idea to have a shouting bot nagging you at every stage of the phones battery life. The world does not end if the battery depletes - just let it run flat - we can work it out.

Brought for the purpose of noise cancelling, they barely canceled any noise out. waste of time. Took them back. The music quality was pretty good though so if your not worried about noise cancelling they should be alright.
