A great item, fits my requirements i.e. I cannot use ear buds plus earphones prevent me from hearing questions from colleagues, it was very easy to set up and I was happy with the quality and sound, plus the price was OK to try something new. I hate earbuds which irritate my ears, fall out, lose the cushioning part, get lost etc. Neither do I want to walk around with over ear phones - I am a petite person and they never fit properly either. These ear phones are just great - sound quality is absolutely fine - maybe I am not a discerning listener but for radio, podcasts and my music they sound really good to me. I love the fact they are not in my ear. The sound is immersive but you are more aware of what is going on around you which is a plus for me if I am out walking on my own or with my dogs.

The only comment I would make is if you like to lounge at home with them on as opposed to being active, when you lean your head back against a chair or cushion, the band can push the ear phones out of position. I find I have to adjust them to a position that is comfortable. If they designed a pair with a softer , more draping loop between the ears that would be perfect.

These are great, obviously the sound quality isn't as full as in or over the ear headphones but I cannot complain about the quality. They are perfect for the office or out and about where you still need to be aware of your surroundings but want to listen to something. They take a couple of wears to get used to, but once you they are very comfortable to wear and are very light. Overall the product is good. Some issues with it cutting in and out on Spotify, but if I restart the phone and reconnect the headset, then appears fine. A bit annoying having to do this every time I want to listen to music, but once working, very good sound and great not having the plug in your actual ear. They are far more comfortable than my previous in ear model and excellent for biking with, as you can still hear traffic and voices. Overall the product is good. Have always struggled with headphones and earbuds, either covering the ears over or sticking things into them. These bone conduction headsets give great musical sound and awesome mobile phone hearing without smothering the ears.

Vibrates when you put the volume up loud, but otherwise it's a good product. In a normal environment, it works well. Bluetooth doesn't connect automatically when changing from one device to another, but it's not too difficult to connect manually. I bought these for my 18yo son on the recommendation of his audiologist to help with his tinnitus. Because they do not exclude background sound they have been effective in this while still offering excellent sound quality. Highly recommend.
