Vibrates when you put the volume up loud, but otherwise it's a good product. In a normal environment, it works well. Bluetooth doesn't connect automatically when changing from one device to another, but it's not too difficult to connect manually. I bought these for my 18yo son on the recommendation of his audiologist to help with his tinnitus. Because they do not exclude background sound they have been effective in this while still offering excellent sound quality. Highly recommend. The sound is incredible. A friend who is deaf in one ear, can hear in stereo with these on. While the base is not fantastic, it more than satisfies my needs. The sound is incredible. For exercising purposes, this product really easy to use, light weight and easy to clean, no uncomfortable feeling wearing it whole day. I am even starting to wear it causally everyday at work and at meal times, however for telephoning seems to be not the best of its kind, there’s another model specifically made for calling, so it’s okay. This products overall value is still the best option that I recommend. Very impressed with the headphones I've had for a month now. They fit well with my bike helmet and provide good audio while able to hear external sounds.
