I'm not an audiophile, I listen to podcasts, books and music while walking the dog. These are brilliant for the simple things. I can hear the world as I listen to my sounds, but I no longer have something shoved in my ear canal, or blocking out the world around. I have had four iterations of Shokz and the OpenRun Pro 2 is a huge improvement from the earlier versions' sound depth, base and overall quality, Equally as good as any in-ear headphones I have used. Mainly used on a bike, there seems to be alot less sound disruption from wind/traveling at speed, while still being able to hear things that might flatten you. Decent battery upgrade as well. Well worth the price tag if you use these for long commutes every day. Light but sturdy. Amazing sound that let's you hear the outside world. Great for workouts as they stay firmly around your neck. A must have for those who don't like things in their ears. These are excellent headphones. I would even go as far as to say the sound quality matches if not betters some in ear headphones I have owned. Definitely a comfy fit and you don't even notice you are wearing them as they are quite light. They even sound great running into the wind and given your ears are exposed, I notice I am a lot more aware of my surroundings. These are excellent headphones. These are the best headphones I have ever owned!! They are not noise canceling because that would be impossible given bone conduction and open air canals but they are brilliant for outdoor and indoor use as yp long as you understand other noise is part of the deal!
