These headphones have been terrible, and are only getting worse as time goes on. I've had these only for 4 months. Issues started showing up at the 2 month mark, and have gotten really bad within the last few weeks.
The sound quality is fantastic though, no complaints there. But what's wrong, is the blue tooth connection, it's very shaky, constantly disconnects, constantly starts stuttering etc when sitting at my desk in the office. The sound quality is fantastic though, no complaints there. But what's wrong, is the blue tooth connection, it's very shaky, constantly disconnects, constantly starts stuttering etc when sitting at my desk in the office. Even when it changes songs, it sometimes goes into what I'd call 'stutter mode' where I have to disconnect and reconnect the blue tooth every time.
It's pretty ridiculous, but I've had moments where I've disconnected and reconnected it like 3 times within 10 minutes because of stuttering...

My recommendation is to get a Sennheiser headset instead, my last pair from them lasted 3 years. My advice to pbtech is to never sell these headphones again. I trust pbtech is a retail shop, and enjoy every other product I've purchased from here.

Purchased/Upgraded to these in June/July 2021 and I have consistently used them daily, accumulating well over 2000+ hours of use. They still work just as well as they did on the day that I bought them, with even the battery lasting most of what it did too (somewhere in the neighbourhood of maybe an hour less than when I bought them). The included 3.5mm cable is surprisingly useful too. I have tried the XM5's and have not been compelled to upgrade as these are plenty good enough for me, and the newer model doesn't fold down like these do which is unfortunate. Only cons are the noise cancelling is pretty average by today's standards, but still decent. When compared to my AirPods Pro (2nd gen), it's definitely noticeably worse (though they are a newer product), but it does a good job overall, just it is not great at blocking out sounds that aren't just in the background. Perfect for studying and working at a desk though, and the sound quality remains excellent for Bluetooth headphones.
Longer battery life would've also been a nice thing, as I have to charge them every 2-3 days, but it's still plenty good enough and charges quickly anyway, so not a deal-breaker imo.
It is also worth noting that the pass-through feature (transparency mode) and speak-to-chat is horrible and isn't usable imo, as the tech is miles behind Apple and feels janky in comparison, though these aren't the main features of these headphones so, again, it's fine.

The manager in store matched the price from an online website. Definitely would recommend this product and PB tech for your electronic purchases.
