These are really great headphones-
1. The noise cancelling is excellent, especially in noisy places (looking at you gym music).
2. The cups don't rest on your ears, so they are comfortable for long use.

Solid headphones and are probably the best in the price range. The Sennheiser HD 450bt headphones are a good competitor in the price range for quality sound, but Sony's noise cancelling is simply superior. These are incredible for the price. They’re very light weight for full, over ear headphones and the sound quality is as good as the WH1000XM4s. The noise cancelling isn’t up to AirPods pro or XM4 levels, but that may be due to their light weight and fit rather than their software.

Microphone is great for zoom calls and the battery lasts for weeks. You could spend 2-5 times more on other headphones and not get anywhere near 2-5 times better sound. Great sound, exceptional microphone. Very good active noise cancellation with manual ambient sound control in app. Pretty lightweight, no warm ears with extended use.
