One of the best headset if you want options
These are fantastic headsets, if you enjoy bass and treble no problem. Heres the key, when you update the firmware please use your phone with swarm 2 to update the firmware not your PC. You can have issues if you do.
Repeated connection issues and terrible software
Swarm software has been some of the worst ive experienced with a headset. From not updating battery total at any point unless I turned the headset off then on again. While the dongles refused to update when I was forced to. I ended up returning these.
