Solid, reliable

This is the second one of these I've bought, this time for my Android TV. No issues after about a month. Having a powered hub is great because I know it will provide enough power to anything that's connected.

Works better than my old one

This works well, no problems. I had another on from a different maker that would lose connection after three devices were connected. It was USB 3 too.

excellent, if basic, hub.

Needed more ports for extra external hard drives. Has worked fine so far. Also connected xbox controller charging hub to it, and it also charges fine. Also charged wireless headset through it.

A bit expensive but, solved my issue and works well

Using it to plug my T300rs wheel, shifter, trackIR, mouse and keyboard in from my racing rig.
Was having issues with other cheaper 5 port powered hubs.

Big pro of this one is that it comes with its own dedicated 4 amp power plug (much better than other hubs).

A great little hub

A great hub for a great price. Normal retail is about half what I have seen similar products for at other stores. I bought it about a month ago and I have four hard drives plugged in with no problems. Small and effective. Exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend to anybody.

Perfect for my needs

I have been using this hub for about two months to connect various drives and other devices to my (old) MacBook Air. It works perfectly, with no set-up issues at all.
The fact that it is a powered hub is an added bonus (not realised by me until I received it), because that reduces the load on my laptop battery. A powered hub at this price is great value.
The shape of this hub, with all ports facing one way (except for the end one) is also great because it allows for a much tidier cable arrangement on my desk.
I've replaced two older and much less satisfactory hubs with this one.

This powered USB hub works well when plugged into a USB 3.0 port on my PC. The mains plug is a bit wide. Good value, but should be cheaper.

Best hub i have brought.

I have this connected to a 2M USB3.0 Extension Cable that goes to my desk no issues at all with this hub. runs multiple external USB HDDs with no issues. been using this hub for mouths

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed and unopened, with packaging in original condition, accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange. A 20% restocking fee may be applied where goods are not returned in sealed, original packaging condition.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase. Items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

 

Hassle free warranty service

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you can either contact the manufacturer directly (some manufacturers provide a high level of warranty service - including free pickup or in some cases onsite repair), or return to one of our services centres / stores. Where the product has been directly imported by PB Tech, you need to contact us directly or present the product at any one of our service centres / stores together with your proof of purchase.

If your product develops a fault outside of the manufacturer warranty or PB Tech warranty period, we offer a full repair service and are an authorised repair agent for leading brands such as Samsung, HP, Toshiba, Lenovo and more.
