I bought the generic LC233BK in store but the item that I picked up in store is not compatible. When I brought it back for a replacement, I was told the generic LC233K cartridge is the wrong description so I had to buy the original Brother cartridge. Been using the poducts for about four years, but recently started purchasing all of my consumables from PBTech, after years of searching for the best price each time I needed to renew them. Found the product consistently good and consistently at a much lower price (even when not on special) than anywhere else. I seemed to be going through way too much, but after a suggestion by their helpful staff am now operating at the level the manuals say I should be.
