Instructions for unit are poor to say the least. My units Bluetooth function did not work and item wouldn't get detected by the App using the IMEI number either. Over the phone support by PB Tech (Bryan) was exceptional and unit was diagonosed as faulty over phone. Will be going back to PB Tech and will try another unit.
Tips for anyone buying this unit.
Charge fully first, Once charged power off unit - tiny button to right of power mini usb socket.
Remove cover for installing SIM , covers a real sod to get off.

Hopefully when PB Tech sort me a replacement unit I can actually give a review of its actual performance.

Try to change modes in the app or website and it says not supported with this device. You pretty much only get the default mode (smart mode) which tracks in real time and has about a month of battery. Can't for the life of me get it to work in timed mode as the website/app keeps saying not supported even though the user manual says it is. Ironed out all the issue's and PB Tech were great. They have even updated the product information from what I found out trying to resolve issues. I now have two of these in different vehicles. Pros is you can track where your vehicle is plus get a breakdown of journeys and speeds etc. Cons, battery life is a month at best but that maybe how it reports to me but settings are a little unclear. Sometimes when it links via LBS or wifi it shows it a street away but when on GPS its accurate however it chooses those settings not the user.
