Not suitable for open plan office
I've been using these for more than 12 months and they are terrible in an open plan office. They pick up the voices of my colleagues so well that people in my meeting can hear their entire conversation - which means if you're not talking you must be on mute; and if you're off mute no one around can be talking. If you're working in a quiet office they'll be perfect. I do like that they have the ability to connect to the PC & phone at the same time.
