Haven't used the product heavily, but so far, so good. Easy to set up and use. I like the auto turn off and the solid case is a bonus. Other reviews have noted that the D-Pad can be a bit iffy, especially on the diagonal, but I haven't experienced this. Good product for this price point I feel. I was tossing up between more premium options and this guy. What made me take the plunge waws multipoint at a cheap price. 1 Button press to switch from Wireless on the PC, to Bluetooth on the phone / Tablet is a nice feature in such a cheap controller.
Battery life is more than acceptable Esp. for the price and the fact it has feedback in the grips.
Used for approx. 200 hours already in Diablo 4 and Pubg mobile and works flawlessly. Sticks are solid and respond well. Out of box dead zone is nice on default. Performance / value of this controller feel like exceptional value for money.

Have used controller regularly since purchase and works well, battery lasts, easy to charge and manual is easy access online. I mean what else can I say? This blows stock xbox controller away! USBC charging, hall effect, wireless, comes with hard case for protection,... All that for half the price? At first I wasn't sure about this as I'm used to the PlayStation analog control layout, but this controller feels right and is easy to use. There are no instructions, however it was simple enough to connect with a USB-C cable or the dongle provided.

Not sure how to connect it to Bluetooth yet but my computer has the range of a 2000s flip phone in a concrete bunker so I use the dongle.

I've been using the GameSir controller for a while now and its really good, my new favorite controller
easy to connect, has rumble function, nice buttons & thumb sticks, the d-pad is especially good

Great connectivity - easily connects with Apple TV, iPad and iPhone; plus another controller for my Nintendo Switch. Good tactile - buttons are soft and it ergonomically fits my hands well.
