Logitech K780 Multi-device Wireless Keyboard

WOW. This keyboard is incredible. Was not expecting it to be this good. I usually use a mechanical keyboard but had to buy something quieter because of a new baby in the house. And I'm so glad I did.

Firstly, the feel of the keys is not dissimilar to a mechanical keyboard in terms of feedback. Sure, the amount of travel isn't there but it has a very tactile and noticeable response when a key is pressed. Not mushy or dull at all. The keys also have a very pleasant, slightly textured feel.

This feature should be ON EVERY SINGLE KEYBOARD. It's life changing. Coupled with the device dock (which itself is an amazing feature) and you've got a futuristic super-setup.

The build quality is top notch. The plastics feel really nice and the hefty weight makes it feel solid. I actually don't mind that it isn't rechargable, the batteries will last up to two years apparently. I'd rather that than have to charge it every week like certain mechanical keyboards lol.

I could go on for ages (can't you tell?) but basically if you need something high quality, quiet, portable with multi-device connectivity pick up one of these bad boys. I got it on sale but I'd happily pay full price for this thing.

I use this on a PC, phone and a laptop.

It's great if you need to work on a few things on for work, then switch to write a longer message on your phone and also maybe some light gaming.

Keep in mind that this is a smaller keyboard that doesn't have the typical INSERT, HOME, PG UP / DOWN, DELETE and END number block.

The built in phone and tablet holder is great. The keyboard is quite heavy, and so will anchor well and not tip over with a big tablet.

Bluetooth means that you're not using up a USB slot on a machine. All together, great! I use this on a PC, phone and a laptop.

It's great if you need to work on a few things on for work, then switch to write a longer message on your phone and also maybe some light gaming.

Keep in mind that this is a smaller keyboard that doesn't have the typical INSERT, HOME, PG UP / DOWN, DELETE and END number block.

The main reason I got this was to switch easily between my laptop, my desktop and my work computer. It had connectivity issues with my PC for months using bluetooth, finally tried using the USB connector on my PC which fixed that issue, don't know why the bluetooth works flawlessly on Macs but struggles with Windows, my Logitech mouse never had that issue. Another issue it still has is half the time when I use the volume keys on my PC the key will act like it's stuck and turn the volume all the way up or down (not fun with headphones on) and the only way to get it stop turning the volume up or down is to turn the keyboard off and on again....view more The main reason I got this was to switch easily between my laptop, my desktop and my work computer. I work mainly with an iPad and this keyboard is great. I have had this keyboard for almost one month and experience much better health for hands when typing alot. easy to switch between devices and easy to switch between keyboard and ipad inbuilt keyboard. This would be the best keyboard I've owned. Solid, heavier than most so doesn't slide around. It's also smaller than most keyboards but still has a full sized numeric board.

Well the old adage of "you get what you pay for" rings true here with the K780! Fighting through the swathe of unnecessary packaging you will find a great keyboard with the obvious advantage of being able to connect to 3 devices.

The setup to connect to the my PC, Laptop and phone was simple as because they all support Bluetooth and there is a dongle hidden in the battery compartment if needed.

Using the keyboard is great as the unit itself is quite sturdy so does not move around at all and the keys are well spaced to accommodate for my fat finger syndrome.

As a developer I use function keys every day which on this board requires the use of the "fn" which is a drawback but you get used to it. The bonus here with the top row of keys is you can navigate through your phone, open / close apps, send messages all without touching it at all - bonus!

Would give it 5 starts if I could adjust the angle as it sits on my desk as I like it to slope towards me but otherwise well worth the spend!

I was sceptical but it works great with Mac and has all the suitable Mac keys really clearly written on it. The Logitech preferences app it uses is also really cool and really useful. It's quite heavy which I love - makes it feel good quality and hard to knock around. 100% would recommend I've had this keyboard for a month and am loving it.
