Logitech MK950 Signature Slim Wireless Desktop Keyboard & Mouse Combo - Off White

I've had the MK950 combo for a couple of weeks. The keyboard is excellent. Feels solid. Comfortable to type with. I was tossing up between the MX Keys S and MK950 and went with the MK950 because it was about half the price. I was worried about missing out on the curved keycaps of the MX Keys S but that doesn't seem to be an issue at all. The Smart Actions in Logi Options+ work well: I've configured one of the keyboard shortcuts to open a frequently used website and prefill some info, and configured one of the mouse buttons to take a screen snip. I use an MX Master 3S at one of my sites and next time will get the MX Keys S just for the better mouse, it's worth the extra.

I bought this because I wanted a full sized keyboard. I didn't realize that they were "silent", which I didn't like at first since I'm a freak who likes clicky mouses. However, I've used it for a while now and really like it, the mouse is almost completely silent to click and the scroll wheel is also silent. The keyboard itself isn't silent but works great. The pair have a single dongle to plug into your PC rather than one for each peripheral which is nice, too, since it saves an extra port. I've added photos of the set, dongle, and a bonus photo of my cat "using" it.

This product offers the capability to connect to multiple computers which is very useful for many applications. Switching the keyboard is easy because it has a dedicated button for each computer. The mouse is much less convenient as you have to pick it up, turn it over and cycle through computers with a single button. After a year's use the keys are increasingly showing issues with intermittently jamming or failing to produce characters when pressed being a more common occurrence, an issue not experienced on the traditional style of Logitech keyboards and it appears this product is of lower quality or durability than many of the cheaper traditional Logitech keyboards.

No longer have my sprawling desk, so this slimline keyboard and mouse is a nice fit and perfect size too for the Logitech Studio Deskmat.
