ADATA UV128 USB Flash Drive - 128GB - Black / Blue

I've used about 5 of these Adata USBs and all have stopped working. The read/write limits on these things are so small you cannot even write a disk image to one of these things without it breaking completely. I stored some regular image files on one once, and after a few days (a few read/writes) the USB stopped working completely, as if there were no internal components at all.
Don't be fooled by the price, these are not worth your money. Purchasing a good quality Sandisk would be much better as it would last far longer than one of these things.

I am backing up family history files, and used these usb drives to transfer the files to for sharing with the family.
I had 93gb of data, so needed a high capacity device, and these did the trick perfectly! The data transfer went smoothly, and at a reasonable speed.
I purchased them on line and was particularly impressed with the ease of the purchasing process, and the quick delivery time.

I first purchased a couple of 16GB ADATA USB Flash Drives and they worked flawlessly. So I went back and purchased a couple of 64GB ADATA USB Flash Drives and they worked flawlessly. I bought two of these drives & after loading just a few very small files onto one of them it became "corrupt & unreadable". I tried all the recommended remedies & it was definitely the drive that was the problem, not my computer. So, I wouldn't buy this brand again. write speed varies massively depending on file type, text files copy well under 1mb/s while some videos write slightly faster than the advertised 40 mb/s. read speed for videos was about 140 with some files being significantly slower. I got 3 and used them to copy files across a windows reinstall all 3 worked equaly.

I wasn't sure which flash drives would be the best for my needs. So I phoned and spoke to a customer service agent. His recommendation was spot-on. They were exactly what I needed for both sizes.
