One thing to note is the first joint at the bottom only goes to about 45 Degrees either way from straight up, means its not that easy to bend into place, definitely made for going over the top of screens, not the best if you are wanting a boom arm for the side of a desk. just a idea to keep in mind. I have to say that this is a perfect buy if someone wants to get a microphone arm for a good price without destroying your wallet, it keeps my SM7B mic up with ease and it's a pretty heavy microphone and it has amazing adjustability.
