Everything about is good as an entry boom arm.
Paired with a small for factor microphone it fits snugly on a desk.
The channel along the arm is perfect for snakeing a wire through and the clamps hold the wire in place.
Plastic and metal construction makes it lightweight but sturdy.

I got this thing about a month ago, it’s pretty good. The design is sleek and I can guarantee the cable slot is better than you think it is. But it’s hard to turn vertically, not hard as in I’m not strong enough. Hard to turn as in it doesn’t stay where you want it to. It’ll stay where it wants to, and that is above you. If you put this so the arm is arm height and holds the mic up to your mouth it will raise itself to be above you, even if you tighten it it’s still hard to mess with. But other than that fatal flaw this thing is great, best mic stand I think anyone can hope for in ever. The arm itself looks tidy and works fine for its primary task of holding up a ~150g microphone. The tool-less tightening twist adjustment at each of the hinges works well and feels sturdy. There is a channel for the mic cable along the top "spine" of the arm, with plastic clips to theoretically keep the cable in place as seen in some the pictures. However in practice these clips are effectively just some loose plastic and don't have any tension to keep them shut. As a result they immediately flap open on their own if you so much as look at them. I've owned this Boom Arm for a good 10 months now and it's spectacular addition to my setup. After all the use it's seen since I purchased it last year it has performed great. No issues with it so far for a budget boom arm.

Not the shape of the microphone arm I was expecting but still love this product, it holds the HyperX Quadcast S perfectly with no issues and has nice grooves in the arm for cable routing. It's good how it has the option to clamp it down on the side of your desk or if you want a more permanent option you can drill a hole into your desk and it comes with the ability to clamp it that way too. Definitely a good budget option that still can hold good microphones.
