I am comfortable having my monitor mounted with this. It operates smoothly, looks and feels strong. Comes with all the bits you need to mount the monitor, and tools required for adjustment. The mounting pads are plenty large enough for sturdy attachment to a desk or table top with great stability and grip. I am comfortable having my monitor mounted with this. It holds my vertical screen perfect, no issue.

Second horizontal screen tips down, it is within the spec of the weight and sizing - a curved 27" Samsung Odyssey monitor for ref.

I tried tightening etc but no luck, it is the hinge directly attached that can't be tightened which continues to fail.

At this point I've given up and started using the monitor stand, using a single arm for the vertical.

Could not recommend. It holds my vertical screen perfect, no issue.

I have been using this item for 3 weeks now and awesome product. Will say if your using for a corner desk and NOT using the clamp provided PLAN AHEAD when drilling holes to mount to the desk. Using two 28 ich monitors and told good while to set up in the RIGHT position while using both monitors in landscape position. Got it right after a few to many holes where drilled. These are the only monitor arms I've ever used, but I've been really happy with them. I've found the plastic clips on each arm make cable management really easy, and the arms each have a great range of movement while remaining both stable and easy to adjust. I've found it very easy to access the rear of my monitors even though my desk is pushed against a wall.
