Purchased for 12 year old daughter as first phone. She loves it. It's only been a month but early signs are good. I have a much higher spec Samsung and there doesn't appear to be a lot of difference between the two in performance except her screen is larger. Which she likes to point out. Had this phone for about a month now. If your looking for a new phone in the price range of 300-400 dollars get one of these. Amazing display, and continual support in the upcoming years this phone will last you a while. Had this phone for about a month now. Some reviews I’ve read really got me looking away from this phone until I actually bought it myself. It’s AMAZING… it’s faster than I thought, it can handle anything I do on it. If you're not wanting to shell out for a more pricey Samsung this is for you. All I needed was a phone and a decent camera - and this does both really well. The only negative is that the plastic shell feels less rigid than it should - so I wouldn't expect it to last with rough treatment or too many drops. I have a S20 for a work phone and this plastic shell is really the only noticeable difference. If you're not wanting to shell out for a more pricey Samsung this is for you. Really good phone. I got it on sale for cheaper but still would of paid full price for a13. Camera is really good and all the modes are helpful. Switching from apps is good and if your looking at gaming is pretty decent. Should get this phone too if your looking for something cheap and fabulous. Really good phone. It is a great price for an item to be only used for the most basic of phone functions and the occasional video streaming.
The lack of RAM does cause some input lag and buffering when opening apps. Though it is minimal and hasn't impacted the simple use I have for it. Great price, great phone. I upgraded from my Samsung A02s and this is perfect, tons of space plus it can take a SD card. Love that it is setup for dual SIM cards. The only downside is that it doesn't have NFC, so can not use Google Wallet with it, but that's fine. It is easy to navigate and a great size. The camera is really great too. Definitely recommend. Trade off in hardware is balanced in my opinion.
Screen is large (too big for my liking), and internal storage is enough to last the lang haul.
My last phone I kept for four years, two years past the security updates ended. This phone has support for longer than usual and I expect it to last four years.
If you want a good camera, this phone isn't for you. But it has a good camera for it's price.

This model was about 30% more expensive than the bottom of the range. The key features that drew me to it were the screen resolution (high enough to display Full HD) and the gorilla glass.
