Bought this for my wife, it is our first foray into wireless charging so don't have much to compare to but it works well enough but as expected my wife has noticed that it is slower charging than a wired lightning cable. She is using an iPhone 8+ it is possible a newer phone might charge faster. I use it to charge a 13 Mini and it works great for this. The phone is a little small so the camera bump sits on the edge of the charger and it’s lifted up slightly, but this doesn’t impact on charging. I can charge with a slim case on and the phone raised slightly with no problems.

It’s sometimes a little hard to find the right spot to charge but the led indicator is useful and a bit of practice and it’s never missed a charge. Charges the full phone overnight.
