Too many car chargers use gravity mount system which feels clumsy and cheap. This device uses an electronic mechanism to clamp your device and works well with our large phones, Pixel 7 Pro and S22+. No problems with grip strength or what some others have mentioned about the phone falls out. Seems very stable and solid. Fast charging is also very good. Highly recommend. By now used about a month, mobile has never came off while i drive.
The part that holds the mount itself to the air conditioner outlet, felt a little weak, but once I started using it, it didn't bother me.
Only one hand to put phone on, the mount will automaticaly ajast and hold your phone.

Not the cheapest option but I'm glad I purchased this. Feels like high quality and the motorised side clamps are a classy feature. Complete with cigarette lighter power supply, cable and attachment options. I would purchase this unit again. Longer cable would be better. Not the cheapest option but I'm glad I purchased this. I bought it for my 2weeks holiday in toyota hiace. It works for whole day riding, but it is but heavy with newest iphone and it was unpossible to hold in vents. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE with a case. The phone will charge for about 30sec then stops. I have also had to cable tie the holder to the air vent because as you drive the grip slips out and down.
