It says it supports phones in cases. I have an iPhone in an otterbox magsafe case. It will not charge. It works with the phone not in the case, but will not work with the case on. Purchased this a year ago. Writing a review now as it popped up as a potential wireless charger.

I am pleased with the small amount of space it occupies on the bench. Needed to buy a 20W 3pin USB compatible wall plug extra for it though which added to the cost. It is a great fast charge option. The stand is stylish, charges quickly, and is a hassle-free setup. However, the large camera bump on my 13 Pro interferes with the stand, making the phone wobble. To address this, I suggest using a thick rubber band to raise the phone by 2mm. In future versions, the stand's height could be reduced by a centimeter to better accommodate the prevalence of large camera bumps. The stand is stylish, charges quickly, and is a hassle-free setup. Consistently requires your phone to be perfectly center on it, or else the intermittent connection will just stop charging, then start one second after repeatedly.

Setting the phone on its side will work better, but again, requires it to be perfectly center or else intermittent wireless connection.

Tried this with a Note 9, and now an S22 Ultra. Both have the same issue with this wireless charger.

Went back to the store to exchange it - the service person confirmed it and replaced it with one that did the blinks correctly. So I took that one home - only to find out that my iphone 11 (which is supposed to be "supported", according to the product write-up) would not charge. I have purchased 2 of these now - very happy with the performance and reliability of them. My phones have thick "leather look" vinyl covers but pose no problems with the charging - either horizontal or vertical. I have on for work and one for home. Never worked despite compatibility (tested with multiple phones, confirmed against other chargers).... overpriced plastic. Bloody annoying when you live so far from store.
