The thumb pad is too low so you can't comfortably use the 'one' key. It requires re plugging on PC restart half the time to register that a mouse is connected. The sensor is overly sensitive to dust/surface and stops tracking, I keep blowing it out but now it's so bad and difficult to resolve that I've gone back to my old non-MMO mouse after only 11 months. The ability to realign the numbered keypad forward or back for comfort is nice, but not essential, while the plastic "blade" above the keypad feels **very** much like a blade (barring it's not having actually sliced *through* my skin, yet).

Mouse lacks the ability to assign [F13]-[F247] in hardware/onboard profiles, you must have the iCue software interface running to use the side keys (or any others) as one or more of these.

Switches seem to be better than the ones on the Razer Naga Chroma this replaced, but then that took several months for the tendency to read each click or button press repeatedly to become a noticeable issue. I really like it, feels good in the hand. You have to get used to the buttons under the thumb as you can't squeeze that side too tightly. Software didn't recognize the new mouse, but 2 updates later it did. I really like it, feels good in the hand. used to use traditional mouse but this is a must for mmos. turned me into a better player. very high quality. Superior durability, very comfortable to use. I use this mouse for FPS and MMO gaming and wouldnt use anything else. I got this one as a backup for my existing Corsair, which is a few years old (but still going strong). I've used all the other major brands over the years and their lifespans have varied from a few months to maybe a year, so this is definitely a great investment. Advantage:
The keypad on the side of the mouse is movable meaning that players with large hands are likely to find this mouse more comfortable than other MMO mice.

I have the yellow version of this. Had it for maybe 4-5 years, still works but the left click often double clicks when I only click once and I have found no work around to this after cleaning out the mouse etc. But still overall a good mouse and I'd buy again!
