My wrists can’t use normal mice for long, but I’ve been using this one every day for weeks and it is fantastic. The scroll ball is super smooth to use and it’s easy to customise the sensitivity. Well made and works well. However if you are looking for stable software from Logi to go with it forget it. If you want the options app to adjust pointer speed etc it is hopeless. Bought second one. First one lasted over 4 years until one of the tilt switches became not working properly. Considering it was used everyday and I use tilt buttons a lot, the quality of build is impressive. Bought second one. This is my 3th Logitech trackball over 10 years. I am buying this trackball as a spare because it was on special. I thought it would take me longer to get used to trackballs but I ended up getting a second one for home a few days later. Thumb operation is super intuitive and even gaming is no problem. Best of all, it seriously helped reduce my wrist pain (YMMV of course). Overall highly recommended.

The only drawback is no place to store the dongle on the mouse itself, but it's hefty so I wouldn't want to carry this thing anyway. I have been a fan (and user) of trackballs instead of mice for many years.

My previous Logitech trackball dies through overuse, and I replaced it with the MX Ergo.

I did not realise that this trackball can be used soo easily with two computers, switching from one to the other with the press of a button. Brilliant functionality. Highly recommend this product. I have been a fan (and user) of trackballs instead of mice for many years.

I especially like the ability to tilt the mouse and change the cursor speed with the click of a button. It took me only an hour to get used to it. You just need to take your thumb off the ball before clicking something. It's good to alternate between different mice. It can collect dust so it's good to keep a towel over it when not in use. Otherwise it can affect the trackball. All in all, it really helps with my wrist fatigue. I especially like the ability to tilt the mouse and change the cursor speed with the click of a button. This mouse has done a good job in reducing soreness with long hours of point and click. The roller ball takes a little getting used to. I would say the 20% reduction in muscle activity is about right. Charged quickly and the charge has lasted; connected well and no problems. Heavy if you want to carry it round.

This mouse is perfect, and I'm happy with additional features like context clicking for certain applications, for example click the scroll wheel on your browser will open the link in a new tab. I also like that the battery lasts (it's been 4 weeks and no charging yet) and the button to turn off the mouse at night to conserve battery.
