As others may have mentioned, while the mouse build quality is good and durable and the main key points is the free mouse scroll for effortless scrolling and horizontal scroll wheel. The shape of the mouse is perfect for my hands to cover it just right and having the option to use on multiple devices (3) is quite useful if you are alternating between work and personal devices. You are given a few options for connecting, either Bluetooth, the provided dongle or by wired. The battery life is also good, I only need to charge it once every 3 - 4 weeks depending on usage.
Its definitely not suitable for gaming as it provides an awkward feel and cannot do 100% what gaming mouses can do compared to this.

The only cons to this is Logitech's software which has its own quirks, this is not to be mistaken with Logitech's Gaming Hub as this mouse is not a gaming mouse and you will not get a prompt to customise.
If you are after customising / reassigning the available buttons for other purposes. You will need to use their software "Logi Options +" which still allows you to add shortcuts, add "smart actions" etc.

Overall I would give 4.5 stars for this as I am still using this without much complaint. :)

Great producted. Have been meaning to get this for a while but keep forgetting to. Great excuse tho to visit the Westgate store where the staff were super helpful and not upselly at all. Love the product. Took a while to get used to all the features which are all quite intuitive and programmable. Also great fit for my Kong sized hands. i did'nt know my worflow could be so streamlined from my mouse. 10/10 Great producted. Have been meaning to get this for a while but keep forgetting to. This mouse has a real quality feel, and I love that you can turn off the detents on the wheel. But it's weight was a deal-breaker for me. It is too fatiguing because of the weight. It's such a popular mouse it won't need much explanation.

Have been using the Mouse for a couple weeks now and am so happy with the purchase. The mouse fits the natural position of my hand really well and is the most comfortable mouse I've used. I've had the original MX Master and used it pretty much daily for work for something like 8 years. Unfortunately, last week the optical sensor gave out, and so I replaced my dead MX with the current MX Master 3s.
Pros:
* Retains the very comfortable shape
* Very precise
* Quality feel
* Improved placement of side buttons (over the MX) - I'm now using these more
* Software is good with profiles for different apps (very handy for volume control, mute, etc. in Teams)

Cons:
* The dongle does not appear to be a 'Unifying' dongle and so cannot connect to both the MX Master 3s and my aging T650 trackpad (not that I use it much). Notes
* I like the new 'quiet-click' mouse buttons but might not be to all tastes - suggest you try it out before committing.
* The flow software looks interesting (move mouse over the edge of one PCs screen and have it appear on a different PC) but this requires the Options+ software on both PCs and I'm having issues installing/running on my second PC (Surface Pro 4 with Windows 10), though I haven't spent a lot of time trying to resolve this yet.

Got the Flow software working - really handy if you have two (or more) PCs / Laptops on your desk.

I'm a gamer and designer and have found this mouse to be particularly useful for both! You can set it up for modes/profiles depending on the programme/game which is awesome!
The clicker is super quiet, the side scroll is way more useful than i thought it would be and the shape is perfect for my small hands.
Cons: no pretty lights, not a loss for me. and no DPI shift how gamer mice have (you can set up other keys t shift but not multiple!)
