Probably not worth the price for most people - but situationally it could be

Bought this to use with the HTC Vive cosmos elite + full body tracking and it does the job (most of the time). It's pretty unwieldly and uncomfortable though. Gets very hot after about an hour. For some reason it works fine for VRchat but I can't get it to stream data for Half Life Alyx well - screen is laggy and pixelated at times on it. Battery pack lasts only about 2 hours before dying (without any warning). The accessory kit came with a spare battery which is nice though.

Considering I also needed to buy the accessory pack the total price of this upgrade really isn't worth it I think. I wish I had just used my Kiwi pulley system for...view more

Excellent choice

This is everything they said it was. No lag, easy to configure and not having to be tethered makes the immersion so much better. FYI anyone that is thinking about buying one of these, if you have the Cosmos or the Cosmos Elite you will have to buy the Cosmos adapter kit as well. With that you get the custom mounting pads and the correct cable to connect to the headset as the one provided is for the original Vive. However, you do end up with two 21W batteries.

This product works with the cosmos and cosmos elite, but what they fail to disclose on this page is there is another item needed to buy for comfort.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed and unopened, with packaging in original condition, accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange. A 20% restocking fee may be applied where goods are not returned in sealed, original packaging condition.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase. Items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

Hassle free warranty service

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you can either contact the manufacturer directly (some manufacturers provide a high level of warranty service - including free pickup or in some cases onsite repair), or return to one of our services centres / stores.
