I have dual (4K Hp) monitors setup, and I was struggling with cheap adapters (i.e. switching DP to HDMI port) as well as using a travel version of docking station which has dual HDMI 4K 100W 60Hz. None worked and leaving my desk a mess full of cables and wires. After upgrade to this HP Thunderbolt Dock, it was a simple matter of plug in and go. Everything works perfectly! Leaving one cable only to plug into my work laptop (which has Thunderbolt 3). Recommend this product without a heartbeat for simply WFH dual monitors setup! One down side I found, this HP docking station does have a fan?! It could be bothersome for some due to it's static humming sound in the background.

Same as the one I use at work and has "almost" enough USB ports. Supports 3 external monitors. All over a single USB-C / Thunderbolt connection. Nothing available for the similar cost comes even close.
Beware touching the top - the whole top of the cube is a "power switch" and will put your device to sleep/turn it off (depending on your "power button" settings). As per most HP this dock is well made and awesome for Thunderbolt enabled laptops.
Good range of ports.
Downside is that they are pretty expensive.

Like the docking station and is my second one i purchased - good value for money and really effective.We are using it throughout our company. PB Tech was excellent in providing this during Covid lockdown with a speedy turn-around from placing order through to delivery.
