I am well satisfied with the purchase of this USB docking hub. I have students who visit me weekly and need to take information from men their USB sticks. This dock makes it all very easy. I have purchased this adapter and HDMI port was working intermittently so PB tech replaced the adapter (5 stars to PB tech). Now this new dongle's HDMI port works however every time I connect it to laptop i have to remove wireless mouse plug and reconnect it for it to work. It works, but bit worrying how hot it gets. Even when it's not supplying power to the laptop.

Never managed to handle HDMI and USB connections on Windows laptop. Now stopped working completely. No drivers available to download to try and fix it. Works great (have used 3 times so far). Discreet & modern style - I can hide behind the TV when not in use.

I'm a sucker for more than 2 screens to allow for easier multitasking, and I have a work laptop with a dock. Unfortunately, the dock only supported screens up to 1080 and my home screen is 4k.
