Got the 45W+12W model. When using both ports to charge a laptop and a phone, within 10 minutes or so it overheats and shuts off, so using the full advertised 57W isn't really possible. It does only shut off for a few seconds, but this starts to happen every minute or so, and I'm not a huge fan of my phone and laptop chiming every minute to indicate they're charging. Even just using 45W to charge a laptop, it gets too warm to touch (although it stays on consistently).

I haven't had any issues with this charger since I got it months ago. Its easy to change out the plug for when you're travelling over seas where they use different outlets. I used this charger to charge my phone, laptop and power bank with no inconsistencies. It get slightly warm when under full load but nothing of concern. If you travel often, you will agree that some of the OEM chargers that come with your laptop are heavy and bulky. This charger is not much bigger than a phone charger, and if you add a 60 or 100 W cable, you will be set to travel lighter. The charger has 2 USB-C ports, and comes from removable power plug pins, so you can use it all over the world. So, that also means you can leave your plug converter and home and travel light.

These are all I travel with now, and I use them to power my Surface Pro 10, and all my accessories (headsets, watch, phone, Brydge Surface Keyboard, kindle). Probably the best power accessory for travelling, and I have tried a few! I don't travel with a plug adaptor at all now.
