Charger was nonfunctional on arrival, and had cosmetic damage (nicks/scratches) to the cable/brick.

Charging cable
I needed a new charging cable for my laptop. Other places only sold the entire cable and were all out of stock. PB Tech had just the actual part I needed (not just the whole cable) which also made it cheaper than their competitors. Was fantastic as it is a work computer and I needed to access it urgently.
1 STAR: Broke after 5 months
I rate this product 1 star, but the website wouldn't let me submit a review with less than 3 stars without an account. I purchased the charger 5 months ago, and it is now broken and shorting. No visible damage on the cord itself. The power pack still works with my phone charger, but the cord connecting the power pack to the device seems to be broken. Very expensive for only 5 months of use.
