ASUS TUF-AX6000 (AX6000) Dual-Band WiFi 6 2.5G HyperFibre Gaming Router

I have a 2 story house - Floor plan 315m2. My ten year old Linksys WRTAC1900 wasn't doing the job, i had multiple dead spots throughout the house, WIFI would drop and I would be right next to the router or the room next door, frustrating! I've used this Asus TUF-AX6000 for two days now and it has exceeded my expectations, no more WIFI issues and dead spots are a thing of the past! I can't complain. Really good router. Has much better wifi range and speed than previous router with Wifi6 compatibility. I don't have 2.5gb so can't test that but have great speeds on my gigabit connection. A lot of great useful features in the router. Only issue we had was when we used the 'Spark Preset' when setting up, it set the MTU setting quite low (600) and I was having packet loss issues with some server hosts. Bought it as a replacement for my older Asus RT-AC86U. Got it during a sale at PBTECH. Great deal for an amazing device. Had a minor issue whilst setting up, probably my fault but once, set up, really fast speeds, making the most of my maximum speed internet. It has a dedicated channel for gaming and guests making it safe and secure and also comes with built in antiviral support and AI. Great range and covers all corners of my 2 story house and Wifi 6. Can be used along with ASUS range extenders that have mesh support for setting up a mesh network. Great buy, no regrets. Bought it as a replacement for my older Asus RT-AC86U. With my Linksys WRT failing following moving house, and my old spare router struggling to exceed 120 Mbps downloads on Fibre Max (adequate but under-whelming) the new AX6000 delivers impressive speed, wifi or wired, limited mainly by our ISP performance when load is heavy. Coverage excellent in our 200 sqm single story house, so no need for mesh or an extender. Work from home has reliable performance and streaming in the evenings is fine. I'm not a gamer (and none in the house) so can't judge from that perspective, but for my needs this is an excellent router. Has solved all my wifi issues i had with my previous router, the features for gaming on this router has made my online games more stable, and am getting my full 900mb/s download speeds now wheras with my previous older router i couldnt get my full speeds

Their are better routers for the money and i had to return for a replacement because the power cable was a very loose fitting and router kept losing power.
PBT were good about it and swapped it out but for the price, 1 it shouldn't be made like this in the first place and 2 RT-AX86U Pro is a much better deal for virtually the same router, these are hard to get Their are better routers for the money and i had to return for a replacement because the power cable was a very loose fitting and router kept losing power.

This Router Will not work on TuaTahi First Fibre / Ultra Fast Fibre as the Wan port is 2.5Gbps and the Current Hyperfibre ONT only operates at 1Gbps or 10Gbps.
