Product arrived after a week+, Faulty RGB Lighting, looking at their returns policy, it will take a further week to return it, then 2 weeks to "verify" it does not work correctly. In order to actually get the top part of LED lighting to work I have to press down on the power pack or twist it. Loose cable from the looks of things. I shall be getting a full refund and buying from another shop since it will take forever to get a new one. I’ve used this mousepad for a couple weeks now, it’s good quality and the lighting looks great. The only downside is it can be a little bit curved as it comes rolled up but, other than that it’s great. Wow This mousepad is amazing i love the rgb and the material it is made with. It is a good size for your mouse and keyboard to be on the mousepad I would highly recommend it. A pretty decent mouse pad for those who want to light up their play/workstation. I've been using this for over a week. The surface material is very soft and the base material is silicon rubber but it doesn't stick very well on the desk I have placed it on so your mileage may vary. There are 2 lighting zones; one above and one below the connection on the left of the mousepad. Both can be configured to your liking with Steelseries engine software. The software supports a few games that control the illumination according to what is happening in the game e.g. health status. I was so excited after forking $, for a mouse pad. I'm sure you can imagine my disappointment when I unboxed a wavy piece of garbage. The led fades out on the side furthest from the power source and when I wanted it to be white, it was more blue, I sat it under a pile of books for 4 days and to my surprise the mousepad is more wavy then it was before, i've returned to my $18 playmax mousepad that actually has a non-slip base.
