Bought one of these a few years ago (2 year warranty expired already) and is already bulging due to battery bloat. I didn't realise the bulge till I compared it to a new one with totally flat sides.

The new one had a defect in the 8 segment LED display to show the remaining power so I took it back to the shop for a replacement. They didn't have stock of it so needed to return yet another day to pick up the replacement unit. I recommend you test any unit you buy before you leave the store.

I've got other power banks which are bulky. This flatter shape is better for keeping in pocket and the LED to show power remaining is much better than esoteric lights on others that keep you wondering how much power remains and whether it is recharging or discharging.

Have been using this solidly for a couple of weeks for multiple devices and i haven't had to charge it yet. It's weighty so I tend not to carry it in my pocket but could if needed. Tels you how much battery is remaining to So easy to check . So far I'm loving this from PB tech. Don't bother. Just opened this and the battery is swelling so much that the plastic case has separated slightly. Might be old stock, I don't know. Haven't even charged it yet & won't bother because of the risk. Very disappointed. It's going right back to the shop which is highly frustrating. Get what you pay for I guess. Don't bother. Great product Great product

A great buy. I charged my phone faster with the power bank than using the mains. Definitely value for money.
So far have not found anything wrong with the power bank.

Does what it says on the box, comments about the lack of grip for such a heavy item are true, dropped the last one a few days after recieving, worked for about a month after before I started getting error messages and no charging, going to glue something on this so it doesn't slip out of my hand again. I used this for 2x months before one of the USB ports became broken and pushed into the device to the point that I could not connect it anymore. This was from using under general use and not misuse. The manufacture would not cover the damage at the product is not useless unless I can repair myself.

While it was working this was a great product. The percentage screen is really helpful and it provides a good amount of charge from the battery.

If you want something robust that will last do not buy this product.
