The service I received was great but the batteries made no difference to the phones. I ordered two for a friend and I who had the same phones and were both finding the old batteries only lasting about 12 hours.Both of us have found that the new batteries last no longer. Disapointing new battery lasted less than one day from full charge.

Bought this as I dug out an old phone for my kid to take photos and listen to music with. I thought a new battery would help give it new life but the battery isn't any better than the one that came with the phone when we bought it back in 2013. Had an old Galaxy S3 lying around. Decided to use it as a music player. Battery was shocking, but, replacement is good. One less thing to go to the landfill. Had an old Galaxy S3 lying around. My Galaxy S3's battery was giving out, causing some corruption problems and odd screen behaviour in addition to the annoyingly short battery life. Bought this replacement and phone is back working well (after reinstalling some corrupted programs), and the battery still lasts all day with reasonably heavy use after 6+ months. Much cheaper than a new phone, and no hassle with transferring all the data across to a new device. Only con is the price, but as mentioned above it's cheaper than a replacement phone, and being OEM and from PB Tech I figured if I had any issues they'd sort me out.
