This is a great little controller, perfect for odd projects. Easily programmed in Python (or C++ if you prefer). Lots of info online. I used it to control signals for a model railway junction. While not quite an accurate title, this little micro controller is a fantastic wee bargain. It accommodates who are new to microcontrollers but can also be expanded to those people with a bit more experience. And for the price, these things cannot be beaten if yo need to get hold of one quickly!

Side note, make sure you purchase some header pins if you need them as the Pico does not come with any! While not quite an accurate title, this little micro controller is a fantastic wee bargain. After spending some time tinkering with the Raspberry Pi Pico, I find it quite beginner friendly and easy to get started with. While being small/compact in size, it’s still sufficient for lots of different projects with lots of information and tutorials online.
