Absolutely gutted with how these have turned out. I've owned this pair for about 6 months and in that time I've experienced:
- Loss of Bass
- Total Loss of sound
- Varying changes in sound on PC Reboot
- The horrendous experience that is Logitech G Suite
- The Equally horrendous experience that is Logitech G Hub
- Great Looking speakers that switch between on and off faster than my kitchen lights

I have searched high-and-low across the internet to find solutions for the recurring issues. Once I fix it, it's safe for a month, maybe a little more than a month before it all goes downhill. At which point you are then stuck with applying the same process that you did before to fix it, only to realize that trying to fix the G560 drivers/firmware is essentially the most disgusting dice roll you could take, then destroying the sound and quality of not only your speakers but your Logitech Headset (G933).

PB Tech Service & Support unfortunately do not want to hear anything about a product that they have sold me, only wanting to specialize in Computer Repairs. Which is fair, but it says something about the product that they sell and should support.

Bottom Line, if you value your speakers and your time spent doing whatever it is but having to diagnose stupid issues that shouldn't be there in the first place, DO NOT buy this product.

I’ve had this for a couple of weeks now. Looks amazing. Sounds great. If you want to use the speakers at night. Would not recommend. The volume control is really bad when using through USB. Best thing about these is the screen sampling RGBness, it allows you to use your PC in the dark and extend the colour of your screen out to your walls, so your eyeballs don’t suffer burn-in.

Don't buy. Default settings are bad, the settings you can change are lacking and they finicky to *keep* working.

Brought this on a black Friday sale, was more than I expected.. Amazing sound, crisp n clear with absolute deep punchy base... Actually gotta turn it down a little..
Then I plugged it into my Sound Blaster card and BOOM... Even clearer crisper sounds..
Satellite speakers look good and rgb lighting is effective with a bunch of settings, or off if one prefers...

Really happy I got these speakers they pack enough punch for what I need in my small office where I've got my gaming setup without the rest of the house telling me to turn it down to much...... Used for a couple of weeks now.

Pros:
- Set up was very simple, with left and right front speakers connecting via colour-coded cables.
- Works perfectly well with Windows 11 after an updated Logitech G Hub software was installed.
- Great options for how the sound is being handled (surround and equiliser settings).
- Good RGB options (non-dynamic such as a set colour or colour cycling, dynamic lighting based on visuals, or dynamic based on sound).

Cons:
- Surround isn't as great a directional experience as headphones for games, especially for sound coming from behind you.
