Light weight, compact and efficient

I bought this for charging my phone and instruments while paragliding. It's ideal for the job given it comes with an approx 20cm usb-c to USB cord with velcro strap and is a strong, lightweight and compact unit. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an outdoor pursuits power solution

Not worth it

I bought this bank on 16/1/25 and compared to my Belkin 10,000mAh bank the Nitecore just isn't worth it. I get 2 complete charges of my phone (5000mAh battery) from the Belkin and just one with this Nitecore bank and it's dead at the end of the one charge. Not good at all

Can't fault this

I bought this for through hiking.
Charges my I phone 11 Pro Max approx 1.5 times, and still has 2 battery lights showing.
This is the most stress I have put on it, as I haven't hiked any further than that.
I also keep it in the car, if the phone needs wee boost during the day.

It's super lightweight. Charges quickly. Seems pretty robust.
If you are in the market for a 10,000MAh power bank, Just buy this one.
Thank me later :)

Great lightweight powerbank

Great product for a good price. Use this hiking, it takes up minimal space and weight, and is enough to recharge my iPhone and watch over 3-4 days.

Be aware, no cord to charge the power bank with

Previous Nitecore Power Banks I have bought have a cord to charge them with. This one arrived without one. Which seems very odd given a power bank with no charge in it is useless.
Be aware that getting a cord to charge it with will cost you extra and take extra effort as you're not necessarily going to have one that fits that specific input port.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed and unopened, with packaging in original condition, accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange. A 20% restocking fee may be applied where goods are not returned in sealed, original packaging condition.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase. Items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

Hassle free warranty service

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you can either contact the manufacturer directly (some manufacturers provide a high level of warranty service - including free pickup or in some cases onsite repair), or return to one of our services centres / stores. Where the product has been directly imported by PB Tech, you need to contact us directly or present the product at any one of our service centres / stores together with your proof of purchase.

If your product develops a fault outside of the manufacturer warranty or PB Tech warranty period, we offer a full repair service and are an authorised repair agent for leading brands such as Samsung, HP, Toshiba, Lenovo and more.
