I hadn't known these things existed until I was assisted, very helpfully, by one young man on the PBTech staff. He understood what I needed, found it and explained how it worked.
It has made a great difference and I'm finding I'm using the USB 3.0 hub at least once a week to recharge and back up various devices. Still amazed at how fast it is! My house and keyboard, which are plugged into this, will stop working unless I pull the hub out and put it back in. This gets very annoying over time.
