This is a good budget GPU that I think a lot of people ignore. It can play most of the less demanding modern games, and it can get very good FPS, so long as you are willing to lower the quality of your games slightly. I have an old Dell Optiplex that I wanted to use for minimal office functions but it struggled with even basic graphics.

The card was simple to fit - it did take a moment for me to find the low rise backplate in the box - and now it is driving a large HDMI screen. There's a good reason why this is the only GT 1030 from Gigabyte that PB Tech sells -- price! They realise some people prioritize price above all things;
BUT be very careful, at ANY price this is a waste of money --- there're more than enough reviews around highlighting the false economy of getting this card with lower performing RAM -- it simply doesn't do the same job as the DDR5 model -- performance twice as better as this card for very little difference in price. It simply won't be able to play the games that the GT 1030 is known for. There's a good reason why this is the only GT 1030 from Gigabyte that PB Tech sells -- price! We were having trouble with the onboard videocard supporting the new LG monitor and this gigagabyte graphics card solve the problem. We did not need a super card as we just process images and do not play games so this card was perfect for our needs.
