Share your old device’s model and serial number using the form on this page. No need for chargers or working condition—and there’s no minimum quantity. Just make sure you have a PB Tech commercial account.
Preliminary evaluation & sales order
At the same time, PB Tech will:

- Do a preliminary evaluation of your devices based on the details you provide.
  - If they’re worth over $200, we’ll send you a draft credit (residual value minus secure Blancco data erasure, $200 trade-in boost per device, and any freight costs incurred).
  - If they’re worth under $200, you’ll still enjoy the $200 trade-in boost.
- Send you your sales order for new Surface for Business devices with the $200 bonus applied to your PB Tech commercial pricing.

Confirm and receive your new devices
Review your sales order, complete payment, and your new Surface devices will be shipped or ready for click & collect at your preferred store.
Send us your old devices
Courier them or drop them off at PB Tech.
Final credit (for devices worth over $200)
Once we receive your devices, we’ll confirm their condition:

- If everything matches, your draft credit is applied to your account.
- If there’s a change, we’ll update you and apply the revised amount once you approve.

2. A maximum of $200 of credit can be applied per Surface device. Credit cannot be combined towards purchasing a single device.
