I went to buy an air conditioning unit online and found a good daily deal, but when I tried to apply the discount code at checkout it wouldn’t work. I called support and Saad answered straight away. He quickly worked out that the promotion had ended just a couple of hours earlier, but he still honoured the price shown on the website. He created a quote, added it to my account, and made sure the discount was applied smoothly. Outstanding customer service. Truly 5 star.

As a not very savvy computer operator, Saad was with his questions was able to ellicit the details needed to satisfy my product requirements. Within approx. 20 minutes he had emailed me details of the items I needed, with prices and availibility, so I proceeded to order them. He was very pleasant and courteous as well as being very professional, he is a very good and perceptive listener. He is an excellent asset to PBTECH.

I would like to thank Saad Malik for his help with my phone order. I was initially given a collection date, and when this was extended by another 3 weeks, I was a little frustrated and about to cancel the order.
...view more I would like to thank Saad Malik for his help with my phone order. I was initially given a collection date, and when this was extended by another 3 weeks, I was a little frustrated and about to cancel the order.
I was fortunate to get Saad on the help phone and he assured me he would look into it. He kept me updated on when the consignment would be in the country, and relieved some of the stress! I now hope to get the phone a couple of weeks earlier than expected thanks to Saad's efforts.
