Samsung Trade-In $150 Boost - Terms & Conditions

The below Terms & Conditions relate to the Samsung $150 Boost offer. For more information see PB Tech Trade-in.

1. To be eligible for the Samsung $150 Boost promotion at PB Tech trade-in program you must:
   • Have an existing, active PB Tech account to associate with the trade-in
   • Or agree to opening a new account.
   • Be aged 18 years or over and agree to present ID if requested in-store.
2. Limited time only. PB Tech may end this promotion at any time.
3. The offer is a purchase credit, if all conditions met, which gets applied towards purchase of an eligible Samsung device or device bundle.
4. Eligible devices are: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Flip7 or Flip7 FE
5. The exact list of eligible devices and SKUs may be changed at any point by PB Tech.
6. One device trade-in entitles you to one Samsung $150 Trade-in Boost credit.
7. Only one Samsung Trade-in $150 Boost credit can be applied towards the purchase of only one eligible device.
8. Trade-in boost credit cannot be exchanged for cash, account credit, eGift card or anything else. 
9. The trade-in program may not be available in all PB Tech stores. 
10. While stocks last. If there is no stock availability, pre-order availability, supply limitations, quantity limitations for an eligible device, then we cannot apply a the boost credit.
11. This promotional offer is for in-store trade-in is available to consumers and restrictions may apply for business or commercial trade-in.
12. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any trade-in transaction where a device is lost, stolen, IMEI blocked or found to be part of any fraudulent activity.
13. You agree that there is no outstanding finance, debt or money owed for any device being traded-in. PB Tech will not be liable for any contractual agreements relating to the device.
14. All customer information collected as part of the trade-in program will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. You agree to erase all personal identifiable information and remove any Google or Apple account at the time of submitting the trade-in device. PB Tech will not be liable for any data loss.
16. PB Tech will not accept liability of any accessories including active SIM cards associated with any trade-in device. These will be recycled and will not be returned once a trade-in transaction is complete.
17. Your device cannot be returned to you once the trade-in is complete and any agreed value is final.
18. By participating in the PB Tech trade-in program you agree to all the above Terms and Conditions.
