Bit heavy for 20000mAH, reasonable price for its class.
Pros:
- Charging speed is quite fast.
- Power will keeps ON even when connected device is/are fully charged which is very useful.
- It can be *charged* while its *charging* something!, don't know why it's not mentioned as a feature!

Cons:
- Heavy

These ones are being singled out by scoot airline in my experience. they did not allow me to take this on the flight so i had to hand it over to be disposed of. Doesnt fast charge samsung galaxy even with original cable, also bulkier than some other 10,000mah non wireless chargers out there. However, still decent product and has 2 usb out ports to use. Note, the usb C port is only for charing the powerbank, it cannot be used to charge devices sadly. Good buy on sale. Disappointing product and misleading description.
1st off its ability te an reseveds truggle to both take and receive charge.
It takes more than an entire day to get this thing charged and for all that time it barely gives a 70% charge to ur phone . It's not a fast charging one as stated . It's slow ASF, Both when it's giving and receiving charge itself.

Got this as a christmas present for my mum and she's stoked with it. She said it took several hours to fully charge out of the box, but that it performs really well once charged - she is able to charge her iPad Mini while she's using it to play her word game that usually drains the battery. Pretty decent for the price I'd say, and even though it's physically very large for a device like this, I am considering getting one for myself to replace the ageing one I currently use.

The charge time is a bit rubbish, but seems like it will last a really long time before it needs charging again. Got this as a christmas present for my mum and she's stoked with it. This charges quickly and isn't too heavy, despite the size. Great for a handbag, satchel, or backpack. 20000 is a useful amount. Below the airline restriction limits.

If you plug USB-C to USB-C please be warned it will draw power from your phone, taking and not giving power. That the USB-C is an input and not an output is not obvious. This almost caused a disaster when we were on holiday in Aus. You need to use a USB to USB-C for this to work. (Incidentally, the micro USB port, while being labelled an input in the manual, appeared to charge my tablet).

In terms of charging speed. It takes 1 hour 15min to charge my 1.5 year old Samsung Galaxy S20 Fe from below 10%. And 1hr 20 for a Google Pixel 4. I would say it's the same as drawing power from the wall, in terms of speed.

Lastly, click the black button to activate charging and check the battery pack has charge. Nice and easy.

This seems to keep it's power well so far, giving about 3 charges for my phone. Doesn't take too long either which is good. Would recommend this 20,000 mAh unit over 10 000-15,000 mAh units.
