Bought one of these for work. We didn't use it for quite some time, then used it once and the pack swelled up, curving the shell of the case significantly. We returned it straight away. The replacement has started doing the exact same thing after only two charges...We took it straight to the battery recycling centre. Absolutely terrible product and I wouldn't recommend this or any other Mophie powerbank to anyone, especially if you're travelling on a plane. Over 6 months ago I brought this Powerbank to take overseas with us and it served us well. Good supply of power duration. I have since brought two more as gifts for family members. I purchased this powerbank as we were going on holiday and my phone and the ipad the kids use always runs out of power. The Mophie charged both devices at the same time multiple times (on one powerbank charge). Bought this to charge an ipad. Does the job fairly well, lasts long enough, and so far no problems. Only complaint is the charging cord is way too short. Bought this to charge an ipad.
