For its price, it is excellent value. The surface is soft touch, gives a high premium feel to it.

The only down side is the usb c port is on the side. I didnt notice it until i riped open the packaging. Real bummer of its position but if you are using usb a to usb c charging it is fine.

I highly recommend this powerbank. It is very useful for weekend trips away. It is small and compact yet powerful! I was able to charge both my phone and watch with it several times simultaneously. It has been powering my raspberry pi zero 2w with a camera, just a side project, and this thing lasts so long. Great capacity. The in/out usb-c is a great touch, only issue is the LEDs that indicate power level are a bit hard to figure out, but I think I got it, it just wasn't discharging enough while using it, so I couldn't tell if the light was occluded or battery dropped. Power bank does not retain its charge. Though its capacity is 20000mAh and according to claims it should charge at least 2 phones but despite of charging 2 phones, after charging 1 phone it started discharging very rapidly. Even if I connect it when my phone battery is more than 50%, power bank discharges rapidly too which it should not because phone is already 50% charged. Poor quality. (Sorry to say) Power bank does not retain its charge. I purchased my mophie power bank about 7-10 years ago. It’s still going strong holds a full charge and has never let me down. I have not used this specific product, but if it’s as good as the old ones it will last. I have had other charging banks that have lasted at most 1 year with my use. I use charging banks heavily on a daily basis. The only issue I have is some cables or chargers would not charge the bank, or would take days to charge, using an Apple charger seems to be the best.
